With more than three decades of experience in anesthesia billing and practice management, Leslie began her career as an anesthesia scheduler and soon became a practice management consultant for a group of 80 physicians. She then served as practice manager for a large anesthesiologist group and managed credentialing, group contracts and negotiations, and billing. Most recently, Leslie brought her wide-ranging experience to Sierra Health Services, a privately held physician billing company, where she leads nationwide Marketing and Business Development services.

A California native and graduate of California Polytechnic University, Leslie is fluent in Spanish. She passionately works with medical specialty practices to optimize their billing, coding, credentialing, and contracting. 

In her free time, Leslie can be found with her husband, family, and friends enjoying the outdoors and camping, finding quiet time for reading, and frequently escaping to Nicaragua to visit extended family.
