During his years in healthcare operations, Stefan went from entry-level roles to Clinic Manager, Specialist Administrator, and COO before providing operations consulting. He quickly determined that his clients’ greatest needs revolved around finding quality clinicians and support staff. Stefan then founded HealthOp Solutions to provide premier recruiting and talent acquisition services for healthcare organizations in the Arizona market. His team is composed of dynamic professionals, who through their years of experience have provided results and connections to both their clients and candidates.

An Arizona native, Stefan attended Red Mountain High School before completing his education in computer science and business at Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University. He credits many of his personal and professional values with his faith and Sun Valley Community Church.

When he’s not enjoying the best part of his day with his wife and young son, Stefan can also be found enjoying camping, hunting, horseback trail riding, shooting, and golfing as well as the continued instruction in the martial arts.
