An award-winning experienced business lawyer, Ben focuses on medical, dental, technology, and start-up businesses concentrating on contracting, commercial transactions, buy and sell agreements, business formation, and non-compete/non-solicit agreements. He enjoys helping his clients navigate a wide range of disputes involving business issues, providing innovative solutions that exceed client expectations and contribute to project success. Ben brings a diverse knowledge set and a special passion for the unique needs of healthcare practitioners and organizations.  

After completing a bachelor’s in psychology from Arizona State University, Ben earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law. With a passion for helping to grow Arizona’s business community, he enjoys representing both newcomers and long-time medical professionals and entities.

A founding member of the Arizona Jewish Lawyers Association, Ben is active with numerous non-profit organizations. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his wife, three kids, and family dog, often going on fun family outings and creating lasting memories together. Traveling is one of his passions, as he enjoys exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. Professionally, he’s always eager to learn more in his field, constantly seeking growth and development.

My focus is on representing clients in business litigation, the formation and governance of limited liability companies and corporations, reviewing contracts, and handling other legal tasks our clients request.
