Zandra is the Managing Equity Member of O’Keefe Business Advisory, PLLC, where she provides concierge tax and business advisory services, including tax planning, compliance, cost segregation studies, business structuring, buy-sell planning, mergers and acquisitions consulting, and transaction advisory services for closely held businesses, their owners, and high-net-worth individuals. She is passionate about helping clients succeed through proactive planning, risk mitigation, and strategic guidance that supports both growth and long-term value creation.

With more than 26 years of experience as a Shareholder and Managing Director of a national public accounting firm, Zandra led the Arizona professional services practice and served on national mergers and acquisitions advisory and taxation peer review groups. She also co-led the firm’s Women’s Advantage Group and worked extensively with professional service organizations, including medical practices, legal firms, and architectural firms. In 2023, she launched O’Keefe Business Advisory to provide personalized, high-level tax and business advisory services.

Zandra earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University and has been a licensed CPA in Arizona since 1996. She is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her leadership and impact, including being named one of Arizona Business Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona Business and a Top 10 Awardee in Who’s Who in Business: High Ranking Women by The Arizona Republic.

Beyond her professional work, Zandra is committed to serving her community. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Sonoran University and has held numerous nonprofit leadership positions, including serving as Chair of Southwest Human Development. She also serves as an advisor to the Hertel Report and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, and photography.
