- Exhibitor day: January 9, 2027, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Arizona time. Setup begins at 10:00 a.m.; attendee exhibit periods take place during lunch, an afternoon break and the evening reception.
- Location: Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains, 16770 North Perimeter Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
- Registration: Standard exhibit level is $800, with Bronze and Silver sponsorship options available through AZOA. Confirm current pricing and availability with the organizer.
