During her years leading Liberty Bell Telco, a telecom agency dedicated to serving the healthcare industry, Carol guides medical practices and facilities to success by optimizing their telecommunication and security needs. Her expertise includes designing phone systems with efficient call routing and ensuring reliable internet connectivity with failover options while enhancing network security and compliance.

With extensive experience in both the Arizona and national markets, Carol’s approach focuses on advocating for her healthcare clients rather than telecom carriers. Before founding Liberty Bell Telco in 2017, she thrived in the direct telecom market, where she identified a significant gap in which medical practices were struggling to find a reliable telecom partner to meet ever-changing needs. Since Liberty Bell Telco’s inception, it has become Carol’s mission to provide tailored solutions while negotiating favorable contract terms and service level expectations on behalf of her clients.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her rescue pup, hiking, and exploring the woods—where she might occasionally be found hugging a tree.
