He has a proven record of driving market growth across the Western U.S. with deep expertise in healthcare financing, self-pay collections, motor vehicle and workers’ compensation claims, and voice messaging technologies.

Originally from Chicago, Michael earned his BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. How are you helping the medical community?
PFC USA supports the medical community by addressing a critical gap in the healthcare revenue cycle: the recovery of unresolved patient self-pay balances. As patient responsibility continues to rise, many healthcare organizations struggle to efficiently collect past-due accounts, which can lead to increased bad debt and cash flow disruptions. By delivering tailored revenue-cycle solutions that enhance financial performance, we help providers recover more revenue while reducing internal strain, improving the patient financial experience, and maintaining full compliance with industry regulations.

Who do you serve?
Serving a broad spectrum of healthcare clients nationwide, including over 1,200 providers, hospitals, and healthcare systems, our core focus includes hospitals, integrated health systems, surgery centers, anesthesia, radiology, and other physician groups.
