He is the founder of Velocity CFO, providing integrated bookkeeping and CFO services to physician-led healthcare groups.

His clients include Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Neurology, Cardiology, General/Complex Surgery, and Dental practices with revenues up to $30M. Paolo helps practice owners gain financial clarity, optimize profitability across providers, service lines, and locations, and implement systems to support sustainable growth.
