A proactive, technical tax expert, Zandra is passionate about helping clients year-round with secure tax compliance, tax planning, tax structuring, risk and tax mitigation, provider income allocation, physician buy-sell, joint ventures, and tax transaction advisory services. She educates business owners and management, helping clients succeed and achieve their goals.

An experienced, partner-level, tax shareholder and managing director of a national CPA firm, Zandra led the Phoenix office's professional services group, which included the healthcare specialty, for over 25 years. She co-led their Women's Advantage Group and served as a panel member of the Rainmakers Group, staff mentor, internal tax peer reviewer, and transaction advisory member of their national tax group.

Zandra earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Arizona State University, Cum Laude, and has been a licensed CPA in AZ since December 1996. Recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Arizona – Arizona Business Magazine and a Top 10 Awardee – Who's Who in Business 2016: High Ranking Women – The Arizona Republic, she enjoys educating others and has presented to many healthcare groups and co-authored numerous articles.

In her free time, Zandra enjoys giving back to her community by serving as a volunteer board trustee and VP of Sonoran University, the naturopathic medical school in Tempe, and on other non-profit boards. She also enjoys helping her daughter, Sarah N. O'Keefe, esq, with her AZ employment law practice, traveling with family, hiking, and digital photography.
